Greek Yogurt with Berries and Chocolate!

Simple, yet... Elegant!  I should endure more into the simplicity of snacking.  Sometimes, I tend to get so wrapped up in complicated recipes.  When hunger strikes I get exhausted of the thought of googling a recipe.  I'm my own problem sometimes, lol!  With being almost 9 months pregnant, grabbing an apple is pretty gourmet these days.  This particular dish did have a small prep to it but still easy none the less.   Raspberry Sauce: Whenever I grind my Erythritol in my blender, it leaves a fair amount of residue.  I hate wasting that. I pretty much always have a bag of frozen, then thawed, berries in the frig.  I pour those soft berries and their juices into the sweet ladened blender with some lemon juice.  Give it a whirl and you've got berry sauce!  My children love this stuff.  They actually just eat it with a spoon.  I pour it on all types of food.  If it's raspberries, I do strain the seeds. My Chocolate Choice: Chocoperfection Bars are... To...Die.

Avoid The Stomach Bug

HOW I AVOIDED THE STOMACH BUG It's midnight and I am properly tired. I'm on my way to bed and I hear the dreaded sound that ALL parents hate... a kid throwing up. One, you're so upset that your child is sick and two, you know it's gonna be a looooooong night! My 18 month old was the one throwing up. I had seen on Facebook the outbreak of the stomach bug, so I knew what it was instantly. My husband and I were up with her all night. During that time I started to take a D3. My 18 month old actually threw up on me several times. The next day, I continued my D3 along with a probiotic and Vitamin C. I also gave this to all my other kids. We went about our day. Kids went to school and I administered fluids to my recouping baby. The next night my husband (who did not take the D3) started throwing up. Over the course of the 3 days my whole family got sick EXCEPT ME! I literally was going from room to room cleaning up everyone's 'sick'

Pepperoni Pizza Soup

Pepperoni Pizza Soup This.  Is.  Amazing! I cannot take full credit.  I am a Rachel Ray addict and have loved her for years.  She made a version of this and I just jacked it up with my own personal touch!  Once joining Trim Healthy Mama, I thought I'd never be with my friend again.  Nah!  THM is totally adaptable and I have had no problem making my own adjustments to make her meals figure friendly.   Speaking of figure... that lady eats a ton of pasta and she has (in respect) put quite a bit of weight on.  I choose not to go down that road.  I love me some pasta, but... I love my tiny figure better!   Answer? Dreamfield Pasta  is allowed once per week. Miracle Noodles  are FAB-U-LOUS! I love making my own noodles out of zucchini with my  spiralizer So see!  There are plenty of options for pasta.  I do not miss the full belly after a heavy, pasta ladened meal!  Those days are gone!   Ingredients: 6 cups of stock (chicken, veggie or beef)
